Shown in our classic black, this 100% cotton skirt features our fan-favorite elasticized back waistband for ease of wear, very full shirred skirt with hidden oversized side pockets, and a back zippered closure. Peggy is made in a longer length so she can accentuate all your vintage-inspired outfits! No petticoat is needed for this beauty.
