Shipping Policy
KADOU Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
US orders of $75 or more are shipped free using USPS standard shipping unless you choose a different (faster) delivery method.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at KADOU BOUTIQUE, 1900 Preston Road, #205, Plano, TX 75093. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 4 hours during business hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday and 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@Kadou.Shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We don’t ship to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
For online orders:
You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Jewelry and final sale items are not eligible for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
